Somatic Health is about connecting to the felt sense of your living body (soma) in order to access the spontaneous benefits this brings – connecting with what is steady, flowing, adaptive, creative, fresh, buoyant, unhurried, unafraid and – vitally – real.
Through simple, everyday body-awareness practices we tune into the sensory language of our living bodies. By connecting to felt messages that are at once trying to save our life and connect us with life en-joyed – we can find clarity within and move FROM there in harmonious action out in the world.
My name is Jenny and I’m on a journey with you to connect with what we really are; to connect us fully to our bodily wisdom that guides us in the midst of what can sometimes feel like chaos. In this way I invite you to fully enter the radical re-union of all life that is reaching out to connect with us, as together we walk off the maps that have brought us this far.
